RETURNS
At Stockings Online we want you to enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item you can email us at info@stockingsonline.com.au.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please contact us and we will issue you a store credit code to place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
CONDITIONS
Merchandise must be in new condition with its original packaging and only upon inspection will a refund or credit be issued.
Stockings Online will only refund on goods that are defective. If the goods have been misused and as a result a return requested, Stockings Online will not be accountable. Please ensure you have the correct size as incorrect selection can result in laddering and similar damage.
BACKORDERS
Stockings Online can place backorders should you wish to purchase an item not in stock. Backorder items usually take between 5-7 working days to arrive and are dispatched using Australia Post Express.
