At With Ease and Grace we want you to enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please contact us and we will issue you a store credit code to place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

Warranties are given under the terms that are set by the manufacturer of the product(s). Refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.

With Ease and Grace will only refund on goods that are defective, damaged or misshipped. If the goods have been misused and as a result a return requested, With Ease and Grace will not be accountable in this instance. Refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as DHL. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. We usually can issue the credit within 48 hours of receipt. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

How we ship

All shipments are transacted through Australia Post E-parcel postal arrangements unless otherwise directed by you our customer.

Delivery times do vary, depending on destination but most orders should arrive within 8-10 business days from date of shipment. A minimum of 30 business days from the date of dispatch is required before we are able to make a claim on the carrier in the unlikely event of loss. We will advise customers within 2 business days if goods are not available. Allowances must be made for Customs Clearance which is beyond our control. You are welcome to contact your local customs office to check on the progress of your package if you feel it is being held there for clearance.
