ORDER ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD

Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) in our secure environment. Credit card details and passwords are stored in an encrypted secure database. Credit cards are charged at the time of ordering. Stockings Online payments are processed by eWAY.

PAY BY PHONE USING A CREDIT CARD

If you prefer to place your order over the phone you may do so by selecting this option during the checkout process. Credit card payments are processed by eway. Please call (02) 9045 9210 with Biller ID 886960 to process your credit card payment by phone. Please use your order number as the reference. Please ensure that you leave all the necessary details to identify your payment, including your name, and the correct order amount. Failure to do so can result in delays in processing your order.

Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has cleared. This can take several days depending on your Bank, so if your order is urgent, please contact our staff directly. Orders for which payment has not been received within 5 working days using the Direct Deposit method will be cancelled.

If you would prefer not to transact by credit card over the Internet, or do not have a credit card, Stockings Online® offers a number of options for your convenience:

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Express Shipping is FREE on orders over $75 for Australian orders only. Stockings Online ships using Australia Post Express as standard. It is charged at a flat rate of $8 regardless of the size or destination of the order within Australia. The Express Post method is trackable and you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 days. Please advise if your order is required more urgently. Please contact us at info@stockingsonline.com.au if you require an item or order urgently and live in Brisbane as delivery may be arranged for a small charge.

All orders are packaged discretely with no indication of our business name or logo visible on the outside.

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours with estimated delivery 1-3 days. Please advise if your order is required urgently by using the Contact link at the footer of this page. For express orders next day delivery is subject to Australia Post's next day service and you can find more information specific to your location here.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Stockings Online ships worldwide using Registered Air Mail (7-14 days approximately) and is charged at a flat rate of $20. To place an order using this method you must select the $8 option offered during the checkout process with a $12 charge added after confirmation of your order has been received.
